    • What does 1 API request cost?

      At the current request credit rate, this would cost only $0.0005 per request

    • Do you offer refunds?

      No, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      There is no subscription to cancel. You pay up-front for request credits and use them as you go. No hidden fees.

    • How fast is the API?

      We aim to respond to all requests within 100ms on the /api/metadata endpoint, and up to 500ms on the /api/summaries endpoint. We are constantly working on improving this.

    • What is your uptime guarantee?

      We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not offer any guarantees. We are a small team and sometimes things break. Rest assured, our other products rely on Metafast also, so we'll know as soon as something goes wrong.

    • Can I request features?

      Yes, we are always looking for ways to improve our service. Please email us with your suggestions.

    • If I need support, can you help?

      We do our best to provide support, but we are a small team so response times may vary.

    • If I delete my account, can I get it back?

      No, once you delete your account, all data is lost and cannot be recovered. We take GDPR seriously.

    • Will you offer subscription plans?

      We're considering it, but for now we are focused on providing a pay-as-you-go model.
